“In 24 years of clinical practice I have never seen a therapy work so fast, so effectively and so permanently.”

Terence Watts

What it is

BWRT stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy. It is a psychotherapy model developed in 2011 by Terence Watts.

It is a structured approach. It works with the way the brain reacts to a trigger, such as a memory, a situation or a fear, and with the pathways the brain uses when it does.

What it is typically used for

People ask about BWRT for difficulties such as trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, phobias, grief, depression, self-esteem and relationship difficulties.

What a session is like

We talk about what you would like to change and how you would prefer to feel. The BWRT process itself follows set steps, and I guide you through each one.

Is it right for me?

How any one person responds to a therapy differs. You do not need to decide before you come. We would decide together at the first session.
